Just curious so please humor me and answer the following:

2 quick and painless questions....

1. What kind of pregnant eater are/were you?

A. I was very disciplined eating only what I should always meeting the daily requirements
B. I was pretty good, generally only ate what I should with the occasional splurge
C. I made sure to get all my proper nutrition but also ate just as much “bad” stuff
D. I ate anything that wasn’t nailed down, good, bad even inedible
E. I only gave in to my cravings which consisted of fast food and junk food (you know, the foods that taste good!)
F. I ate whatever I could actually keep down, I was sick the entire time

2. How much weight did you gain during pregnancy:

A. Less than the recommended 20 – 35 lbs
B. In the recommended range of 20-35 lbs
C. 36 – 60 lbs
D. 60+ and who cares I enjoyed gaining every pound of it!

Oh guess I should answer my own questions!

1. For the first 20 weeks it was F, now C.

2. So far C, I'm estimating I'll be right around 60 lbs.

1. I was B. I stayed away from caffeine but couldn't resist ice cream a couple times a week.

2. B - I gained 35 pounds.

You probably know this but I feel like answering anyway. C and C again . I didn't drink caffiene or anything, got all the proper nutrients but also ate whatever else I wanted. Like with Hailee I ate a whole pizza one day watching Baby Story. 60lbs for me.

hahh! I stopped caffeine with the first pregnancy until the 3rd trimester and then with Emma, I just drank caffeine with impunity, which was basically tea or coffee in the morning. I was a C for both pregnancies and with each, I gained about 45-50 pounds. All I remember was being petrified when the Dr said that women on the average gain 20-40 lbs, because I was over that mark. Screwit. The worry kinda interfered with enjoying the gain, so that sucked.

Everyone else, thanks for playing along! (And Becki, what's your URL if you don't mind sharing!)

That's my concern now Anne, I just want to ENJOY this!

Uh, D. And C. I gained three more pounds with my second single baby than I did with my first twins pregnancy!! Holy Crap!

(I usually weigh around 130-135, but with the twins I was 182, with Erin I was 185. Right now I'm about 128, because I'm getting divorced and while not being yoked to an asshole makes me really happy, I just can't eat a lot. I guess my subconscious is saying 'Hurry!! Look HOTT right NOW!!!" or something.) blar blar blarrrrr.......

1. C
2. B

My doc actually took me off of work with my first pregnancy because I wasn't gaining enough weight. I was underweight when I got pregnant with Phoebe, but still only gained about 35 lbs. It took me awhile to lose it, and now I'm gaining it all back. I'll probably gain, like, 80 lbs. with this one, whadday wanna bet? LOL

E) on the first. I was a big eater but only ate what I was craving. But the cravings never stopped. Man I miss being able to eat whatever I want.

C) on the second. Although it'sn ot my fault. At 30 weeks I had gained 13lbs. I was doing well. But I got pre eclampsia and gained al lthe rest. When I was back in the ICU I lost 30lbs of water. And lost the rest by 6 weeks. (then gained 20 back)
