Alright, so I'm a little worried now and can't sleep. I was finally at the point where nothing could worry me and bam, abnormally large belly. What does this mean?! I need to know......now....so I can go to sleep!

Compare it to Bryan's belly and that should make you feel better ;-)
Hope things are good. Your belly looks fine to me and not abnormally large.
