Hey, I know you

It's funny when you go to a website and unexpectedly see this.

Thanks Mamaloo for thinking of us!

Hey Mama C-Ta...

It's so refreshing to hear someone who went through almost exactly the same thing I went with my son!

We didn't quite have blood in the stool but we had diarrhea. A LOT. Mucousy, watery, green...you name it. Had to do the TED, too. I got so incredibly sick of turkey and rice and squash! But, the good thing is, after a few weeks, it totally paid off. That and getting rid of those damn Tylenol drops. Sheesh! Corn syrup for babies?! Assholes.

Anyway, my son gained all of his weight back (he lost a lot) and the diarrhea and eczema stopped.

I'm still totally dairy free and struggling with no wheat (I'm a suspected celiac but my son tested negative for it). It's surprising how much healthier I am for it (and yes, I lost all of my baby weight, too!).

Keep on BFing the little guy and I'm sure everything will turn out great! My little Anthony will be 1 year old in a month.

Good luck!

Missy

I spy with my little eyes... a Rockin' Baby Sling! I like it a lot!

Anyway, you most certainly do rock, mama!

Yeah, I just saw it!

They mentioned elimination diets with regards to breastfeeding and I thought you'd be the perfect example of someone struggling with this very same thing. You are doing such a good job at it all that I thought you might be good inpiration for other mamas with similar issues, so I commented and left your URL.

Lo and behold, you got your very own post! Woohoo!
