The year of paper
We made it to our first wedding anniversary today! Not that I had any doubts what-so-ever. It was a great weekend, nice and low key spending time with my husband and great friend celebrating 2 birthdays and an anniversary.
Our cake held up pretty well, thanks to the indestructible fondant. Man fondant doesn’t taste good but it sure looks good. I wasn’t sure how a cake that old would taste but once you ate around the fondant, the “peanut butter cup” flavor wasn’t too bad.

Happy Anniversary guys!!!!!!!!!!! I can't believe it's already been one year! And baby on the way. I never would have thought when I was younger that you two would be married with children. Happy Anniversary! I saw you over at Nicole's site and thought I'd stop by. Congrats on the new baby!! Yey! Someone pregnant again. All of us had our babies a few months ago so it's nice to find some pregnant bloggers to read about it again (it's just long enough for me to want another. Holy Smokes!)
